South Africa were set a target of 277 and they got off to a shaky start. Markram tried a slog against Noman to an in-drifter and got knocked over. There was no need for such a shot considering the state of the game. Noman also got the better of Mulder as he got caught in two minds and edged one to slip as he fell for a duck. Rickelton has played well against the turning ball and has once again been assured in his footwork. He was dropped on 26 by Shafique at short leg though and that was a big miss for Pakistan. de Zorzi has also looked good. Both are in-form batters and this partnership will remain the key for the visitors if they are to challenge the hosts. South Africa still need 226 runs to win and it's a very stiff task on this crumbling surface. In all likelihood, tomorrow will be the final day of the game and it's heading towards an exciting finish. Join us nice and early. Goodbye for now...
17:08 Local Time, 12:08 GMT, 17:38 IST: The game has moved at a great pace on the moving day of this Test match. 16 wickets fell today which is a clear indication on how tough it was for batters to deal with the crumbling nature of the surface. Pakistan did very well this morning to take 4/53 to bowl South Africa out as they gained a substantial 109-run lead. Noman Ali stole the limelight with a brilliant 6-fer. Pakistan were sailing smoothly in their second innings with the bat at 119/3 when Babar and Shakeel were going strong but both of them fell in quick succession. Shakeel's expansive heave was a poor shot and that led to a collapse as Pakistan lost their last six wickets for just 17 runs. Muthusamy was brilliant once again as he took another 5-fer and Harmer also took 4 wickets.
